Moving home

You must inform us of any change in address. This will allow us to change your collection details to your new address if it is still within the city.

Where collections will continue in your new property, you should relocate your bin. Alternatively, a new bin may be purchased and delivered to your new property.

We will not refund you if your collection is missed due to a change in address. We will need up to 10 working days from the point of notification of a change in address, to update our records.
