Bin and sack delivery

Bins/sacks ordered from us will be delivered within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This will be from receipt of your paid application. Collections will start on the next scheduled collection day following the: following the:

  • delivery of your bin/sack, or
  • registration of sacks if they were bought elsewhere

Delivery will be completed when the bin(s) or sacks are placed at the property named in your application. From the completion of delivery, the bin(s) and sacks will become the responsibility of the resident.

If the contractor is not able to deliver the bin(s) or sacks, they will deliver as soon as reasonably possible. This could be down to:

  • operational reasons
  • shortages of stock

If on arrival it is deemed that your property does not meet the requirements of an eligible property, the bin(s) or sacks will not be delivered. This could be down to:

  • presence of steps
  • no kerbside presentation point
  • health and safety anomalies

If this happens, we will:

  • contact you
  • give you a refund
