Faulty and damaged bin(s) or sacks
Bins
You should inspect the bin(s) when delivered. If you notice that the bin has been damaged or has a defect, contact us before you start to use it.
Where we have damaged the bin(s) during the collection of garden waste, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then arrange a free repair or replacement.
There will be a charge for a replacement bin to be delivered if the bin is:
- damaged due to misuse
- lost
- stolen
Please number your bin as soon as possible to prevent loss.
Sacks
If you notice any defects with your roll of sacks, please contact us as soon as possible. We can then arrange a free replacement.
A replacement charge will be incurred for rolls of sacks which are:
- lost
- misused
- stolen
