Introduction
These terms and conditions apply for the provision of a garden waste collection scheme (“the scheme”) by Southend-on-Sea City Council, to you the customer.
Council references include:
- "the council"
- "we"
- "us"
- "our"
References to "you" refer to the customer.
No other terms and conditions shall apply to the provision of the scheme unless agreed upon in writing between the council and the customer.
The "contractor" means an organisation that has a contract with us to provide the collection scheme, (or some or part of them on our behalf).
The page titles in these terms and conditions are for convenience only. This will not affect their interpretation.
Words imparting the singular number shall include the plural and vice-versa.
