Subscription fees
The fees for the scheme are set out on our fees and charges document. These are reviewed annually.
Payment for the scheme must be made in full before the service can be used.
The subscription payment covers the cost of providing the scheme. It does not include the cost of providing a garden waste bin which should be purchased separately. This then becomes the property of the customer.
The cost of sacks includes the collection fee whether they have been purchased directly from us or from one of our approved outlets.
Only garden waste bins purchased from us, or our contractor, will be emptied.
Only garden waste sacks purchased from us, or from approved outlets, will be collected. A full list of where sacks can be purchased can be found on our garden waste page.
Receptacles must be paid for in full before we can dispatch.
There are no concessions on any of the fees relating to:
- the scheme, or
- the purchase of bin(s) and sacks
You will be charged the full price for collection regardless:
- of the quantity of waste presented, or
- whether you present your waste for collection on the collection dates
The subscription fee covers the cost of emptying one bin. If additional bin(s) are bought, an additional subscription to the scheme must also be bought for each separate bin.
Customers will be notified one (1) month in advance when the next annual payment is expected.
We reserve the right to vary the price of the scheme. Existing customers will be advised of the annual price as part of their renewal notification.
