Collection issues
If you experience a problem with the scheme, you must report this to us within two working days of your collection day.
We will aim to return and complete the collection:
- in the afternoon - if you have reported this to us before midday
- the following day by midday - if you have reported this to us in the afternoon
This may not be possible where we suspend the collection service due to exceptional circumstances.
Any reports of missed collections reported outside these times will not result in a return collection.
We will investigate all missed collections reported within this timescale. However, we will not return if:
- a bin is suspected of being refilled, or
- a sack is suspected of being placed after the collection window
