Introduction

The Annual Employee Equality report looks back on the previous financial year. This report sets out our workforce analysis for 2023/24.

We value our diverse workforce and the ability to attract and keep diverse talent as part of our workforce strategy.

We are committed to ongoing improvement in diversity and fairness for all groups of employees. As part of this, creating an environment where staff bring their authentic self to work is important. This is so we can truly embrace diversity of thought to help develop our services.

Within the workforce, we continue to engage with employees on:

  • inclusion

We use a range of approaches to capture and address equality concerns. These include:

  • your Voice employee survey
  • our Employee Networks which continue to grow, with rapidly increasing membership.
  • the continued support of the Network Leads
  • training, guides, and policies on topics including:
    • Code of Conduct
    • values and behaviours
    • mandatory meLearning module on our responsibilities for equality, diversity, and inclusion
