Memorials

No visitor should place memorial items in the Garden of Remembrance or buildings. Items can include vases, glass, ceramics, plant pots or containers. Any item that is not allowed can be removed without notice.

Wreaths and bunches of natural cut flowers may be placed in the Crematorium. These will be removed when they are not fresh. No artificial flowers or plants will be permitted withing the Crematorium. On the first working day of January all wreaths from the Christmas period will be removed. They will be removed at the latest by the last working day in February.

The chapel attendant can show you where to put floral tributes for a cremation. Cut flowers can be left on the lawns or memorial hall. No plastic or waste from the floral tribute should be left. Rubbish can be left in the bins around the grounds.
