Planning Obligations a Guide to S106 and Developer Contributions (SPD 2) - Review 2014

A consultation in respect of the revised Supplementary Planning Document 2 (SPD2): Planning Obligations will also run concurrently with the DCS consultation. This document was originally adopted by the Council in 2010 and has been revised to reflect the CIL Regulations 2010 (as amended) and the Council’s intentions in relation to CIL. The SPD seeks to provide clarity in respect of developer contributions towards infrastructure i.e. what infrastructure may be funded by CIL and what will still be secured as site specific planning obligations under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended). To comment on the document visit our online interactive consultation system.
