Season tickets for car parks
If you park in some of our car parks on a regular basis, you may benefit from purchasing a season ticket.
This can be especially beneficial to full time employees in the area and commuters who park in council car parks.
We offer two types of season tickets:
- season tickets for named car parks
- season tickets for car park zone
Season tickets can be purchased for either:
- specific car parks (e.g. Warrior Square Car Park)
- for a specific zone (e.g. the council car parks listed within Zone 1A)

- University Square Car Park (closes at midnight)

*Customers that previously purchased season tickets for either Tyler Avenue or York Road, should now use the option for Tylers Avenue - York Road Car Park.

Application process for season ticket
Please note that applications for season tickets for car parks may take up to 10 calendar days to process. It is the responsibility of the applicant to allow sufficient time for processing of the application.
Before you apply for a car park season ticket, please ensure you have read the terms and conditions.
Changing your vehicle details
Existing permit holders that requires a change to vehicle details must submit an application online.
Duplicate season ticket for Baxter Avenue
To purchase a duplicate season ticket for Baxter Avenue, please complete our online application form. Cost of duplicate season tickets are £31.50 each. These are non-refundable.
Cancellation and refunds for car park season ticket
The Council accept requests to cancel a permit and will issue a refund. The refund will be pro-rata for each remaining full calendar month. This is subject to an administration fee of £17.00.
We will not offer any refund where there is less than one full calendar month remaining before the permit expires.
Data protection
The Council may share information provided in your parking permit application with other organisations who are involved in the:
- administration of benefits
- prevention and detection of fraud
