Wheelchair accessible vehicles
2.1
All ramps, straps and restraints designed to secure a wheelchair in a vehicle must be carried at all times.
2.2
Any wheelchair must be secured in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and shall not be carried in a sideways position.
2.3
Children shall not be conveyed in prams or pushchairs.
