Networking and Resolution Service (NARS)
The team work with families whose children have a Child Protection Plan or a Child in Need Plan and offer two services:
- Restorative Family Meetings where families are supported to find solutions to the difficulties they are facing
- Family Group Conferences (FGCs) where a child's wider family come together, talk about concerns, and make a plan for the future care of the child.
A major benefit of FGCs is that the child or young person can influence the plan being made for them
