Edge of Care team
The team provides support to families who are experiencing difficulties with the aim of keeping the family together.
The team offers support to families:
- whose children might be removed from their homes
- where children are returning to their home after being in care
- where the children are subject to a Child Protection Plan or a Child in Need Plan
- where there is a risk of the children becoming looked after
The team run the Rise project which is to support people who have had multiple children removed from their care.
