You are only able to report a missed collection within two working days of when it was due.

With a MySouthend account you can return to forms you have not yet completed and track the progress of your cases.

Each page has a 30 minute time limit for completion.

Use the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons to move through the form and select 'Submit form' on the last page.
