Please note, parking permits are now issued as virtual permits and you will not receive a paper permit to display in your vehicle. A virtual permit is a paperless format that replaces the need to display a paper permit in your vehicle.

Applications for permits can take up to 5 working days to process. It is the responsibility of the applicants to allow sufficient time for processing of their application.

Once the permit application has been approved and live, we will send you an email to notify you. Similarly, if the application is rejected, we will let you know why.

Please ensure that you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the permit.
