Halo Southend supports all those who are unemployed across Southend who may or may not claim benefits, by raising awareness of a rewarding job in Health and Social Care.
Halo provides the chance to change your career and work for a local care provider/NHS. We work with Job Centre Plus and the Southend Adult Community College to provide this opportunity.
Signing up to the Halo programme gives you a unique “Introduction to Health and Social Care “online programme which lasts 5 weeks. After you finish the course, you will be introduced to care providers for an opportunity to secure a guaranteed interview for your preferred job role.
