Following a reference back from the place scrutiny committee, it was last considered at the council's cabinet on Tuesday 22 February 2022. You can read the full report on our democracy pages.
At that meeting of cabinet it was agreed that:
- the formal proposal be split, and separate reports produced for each area
- the Leigh and West Leigh to be presented for approval to construct
- the Thorpe proposal to be presented for approval to consult
- delegated authority be given to the executive director for neighbourhoods and environment, in consultation with the cabinet member for transport, asset Management and inward investment to agree the advertisement of any necessary traffic regulation orders.
