You can log on to our library catalogue and renew your items online. To do this:
- log in to your library account
- enter your library ticket number and your pin (which is your date of birth in 6 digits, no slashes or dots)
- this will take you to your account dashboard. Select the current loans box
- on the next screen will be a list of all your current loans. Tick the box against whichever book you would like to renew, the tick box appears next to each item
- above the list of current loans is an options button with a drop down. Select this and you have the option to renew selections, which will be the item or items that you have ticked
- alternatively, select renew all and all items will be renewed without the need to tick each individual item
- in the date due column will be the new date your books are due back. How many times each book has been renewed will be advised in the status column
- for items that cannot be renewed because another borrower has requested the item, can only be renewed by calling your local library or the dedicated renewals line at The Forum on 01702 215011
- you can renew items up to seven times. If you want to renew them again, you will need to return them to the library to do so. If returned after their due date, you will be charged an overdue fine
