Veolia will not be able to enter your home to collect the waste and recycling. They can however, collect it from an easier place outside your property.
We are updating our assisted collection records
We will write to all households that have subscribed to our assisted collection service over six months ago. Letters will go out from the week starting 27 May 2024.
To keep your assisted collections, you will need to contact Veolia. This can be done via one of the three ways outlined on the second page of the letter. A digital version of the letter can be accessed online.
For people who choose to respond online, please complete this form.
If you do not need the service anymore, you will not need to do anything. However, from 19 August 2024 you will need to ensure your recycling and waste is presented at the boundary of your property by 7am on your collection day. If not, it will not be collected.
