Sheltered Housing - Advice
We have a range of sheltered housing options, managed by South Essex Homes. For more information about the schemes, please visit the South Essex Homes website.
It is mainly for people who are over 50 or over 60 years old. We will also consider people of a lower age who have specific support or medical needs.
Sheltered housing is allocated through our Homeseekers Register. If you want to apply for sheltered housing you need to do this through the On the Move website.
Please note that extra care sheltered housing is allocated separately through Adult Social Care.
