Skin Piercing, Electrolysis, Tattooing and Acupuncture Licenses - Licence directory

You must register with us if you carry out any of the above mentioned skin piercing activities at your premises.

You only have to register once and will not have to pay any annual renewal or fees.

The registration is:

• issued to whoever fills in the application, and
• is only valid at the premises that is stated in the application
