To find out what information you need to submit as part of this form, please visit our information page.
To provide the team the information about your move:
- visit our Council Tax online portal
- select the section titled 'Tell us that you have moved home'
- select the most relevant option
If you are a landlord or agent, and wish to tell the Council about a tenant, please:
- select the section titled 'Are you a landlord or agent'
- select the service 'Tell us if a tenant has moved house'
