Airport Business Park Southend is a 21 hectare multi-use business park that is being delivered through a joint venture partnership between Henry Boot Developments (HBD) and Southend-on-Sea City Council.

Airport Business Park Southend forms a central part of creating more opportunity and prosperity in Southend-on-Sea and will include flexible business space, HQ-style office buildings, large-scale industrial and warehousing space, hotel facilities and other occupiers. The scheme will also boast superfast network speeds, in line with the our “Gigabit City” initiative and desire for Southend-on-Sea to be connected and smart.
