MySouthend is the name given to our online forms and service request management system. It is the fastest way to contact us and you have access to services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We updated our forms system in July 2024, so if you were previously registered on the old version of MySouthend, you will have to register again.

Through MySouthend, you can
- report things such as a missed bin collection or fly tipping
- tell us about a pothole that needs fixing or report other highway issues
- apply for a licence
- be involved, apply for services or report issues that make a difference to your community
Get updates on the requests you raise
You can choose to use MySouthend as a guest (without registering). However, to fully benefit from all the reporting options MySouthend offers you, as well as to see updates on any cases you raise, we strongly advise creating an account. To do this:
- Visit MyAccount.
- Select register.
- Complete the requested details.
Registering should take less than a minute. Once registered, you will be able to see the status of your request, as well as other useful information and forms.
