Please complete this form if you are having difficulty placing out your recycling and waste for collection. We may be able to arrange for an easier collection point.

However, you must meet at least one of the following criteria to be eligible for an assisted collection

aged 75 or over
have a certified short or long term medical condition
be registered with a disability

AND

there's no one else living with you who could put the bins out

Please be aware our contractor may need to visit your property to help assess your needs and confirm arrangements

Please note:- Our Contractor will not be able to enter your home to collect the waste and recycling, but they can collect it from an easier place outside your property.

We are unable to provide this service to blocks of flats or properties with communal bin storage facilities.
